ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) selected three three teenager girls included Hajra Sohail; Zunaisha Noor and Romaisa Malik for Girls Under-16 Billie Jean King Cup Juniors Pre-Qualifying Tournament which will take place in Colombo; Sri Lanka.
PTF conducted trials for the selection of players for the Billie Jean King Cup Juniors (Under-16) Pre-Qualifying Event, scheduled to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from 16–21 March 2026.
The trials took place at the PTF Tennis Complex, Islamabad, from 14 to 15 February 2026.
Six girls were invited to participate in the trials based on their recent performances and PTF rankings.
After the conclusion of the trials, the following players have been selected to represent Pakistan in the prestigious event:
Hajra Sohail
Zunaisha Noor
Romaisa Malik
Aisam ul Haq Qureshi President-PTF, Col.Zia-ud-din Tufail Secretary General-PTF and the PTF Management congratulated the selected players on their achievement and expressed confidence in their performance at the upcoming event.
