Ibrahim clinches Aitchison National Squash Championship title
Sports Bulletin ReportPESHAWAR: Army squash lad, Ibrahim Mohib has won the title of the Aitchison National Squash Championship after beating Ibrahim Zeib from Pakistan Air Force (PAF) 3-1 in the final.Ibrahim won the first game while in the second game his opponent had the advantage, after which Ibrahim Mohib was successful in the third and fourth game. The final score-line was 11-7, 7-11, 12-10, and 11-8, as the minutes lasted for 40 minutes. In the Under-13 final, Sohail Adnan defeated Syed Mohammad Hussain while In Under-19, Abdullah Nadeem won the trophy by defeating Kaleemullah of Punjab by 3-0.

PSA Squash Satellite Tournament from November 4 in Karachi
Sports Bulletin ReportKARACHI: The 2nd Texas Chicken Open Squash PSA Satellite Tournament will get underway on November 4, 2023, at Jehangir Khan Squash Complex, Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) National Coaching Center Karachi. Also, a national junior fixture will start simultaneously at the same venue including Girls’ Under-15 and Boys’ Under-13.According to an official, the 4-day tournament will be played under the control of the Sindh Squash Association (SSA). Men’s seniors' competition will be pursuing prize money of US$ 1000. The main draw will consist of 32 players, as a wild card will be awarded to one player in each group category.Players are required to forward their entries to Sindh Squash Association secretary@sindhsquash.org by 24th October 2023 including all basic information like Name, Father Name, Email, Date of Birth (DOB), Form-B/CNIC No, Phone No, and Category.All Players are required to present their NADRA Form-B to the organizers to confirm eligibility before being permitted to compete. This has to be done by 3rd November 2023 at the championship office at the venue.

CNS Squash Championship: Nasir Iqbal Zaynab Khan win titles
Sports Bulletin ReportKARACHI: Nasir Iqbal (WAPDA), and Zaynab Khan (Army) have won the men’s and women’s titles of the 2nd CNS All Pakistan Men & Women Squash Championship 2023 after ousting their respective opponents in the finals at Pakistan Navy Roshan Khan Jahangir Khan Squash Complex, Fleet Club, Saddar Karachi.In the men’s singles final, Nasir Iqbal of Pakistan WAPDA outclassed 8th-seeded player Israr Ahmed from (SNGPL) in straight games, as the only first game was a close contest won by Nasir at 12-10 while the rest of the two games were entirely single-sided and Nasir outclassed Israr by conceding just 3, 1 point in two games respectively. Title winner Nasir received Rs. 200,000 along with a glittering trophy while Israr pocketed Rs. 140,000.Earlier, in the women’s final, Zaynab Khan from the Army overcame her challenger from Pakistan WAPDA Noor ul Ain 3-0, as the final score-line was 12-10, 11-4, 11-8. The final lasted 21 minutes. The winner got Rs. 200,000 cash award while the runner received Rs. 140,000.Admiral Mohammad Amjad Khan Niazi Chief of the Naval Staff was the chief guest at the final and distributed the prizes amongst the players.
